Fund Allotment Procedure

Institute-funded nominations are processed before project-funded nominations. After allocation of Institute funding, remaining eligible students are considered for project funding to ensure wider financial support.

Funds are allotted in the following order:

  1. Full Institute funding
  2. Partial Institute funding
  3. Project funding
  4. Self-funding

Institute-funded students are selected by mentors on a first-come, first-served basis. A student can't be given funding from two different sources. A mentor can nominate only one student under the Institute Funded category.

Funding amounts may be revised from time to time considering inflation or changes in programme duration.
